Working at HLW has been an amazing experience for me, since this was a completely new
experience of working in a fast-paced environment with over 150 employees the learning was
also very different. As compared to the other internships this one was different in the sense of
work as well as the type of projects too. I was working on large-scale residential, university
buildings, and some international projects as well.

As I continue to work in HLW I am certain that this experience would help me decide the kind of environment I would want to work in the future for. I now know that working in a big firm is so much different
that working in a smaller office. The way we deal with clients and their needs and fit those as
puzzle pieces into a certain limited budget and square footage gives us an interesting challenge to
work with.
